HentaiTree looks like a feeder for hentaiftp which is a feeder to the paysite hentaikey. When you said "HentaiTree generates pretty nice revenue ($400 in June)." I assume you mean hentaiftp & hentaitree combined. So would you be willing to include hentaiftp with this sale? If not, could you provide sales stats for hentaitree only.

By chance do you own hentai-drawings.com and hentai-center.com also?

I`m selling only hentaitree.com. Hentaiftp is one of the biggest hentaikey websites. It converts great and it brings me much more than these $400, so I would consider selling it only for something around 20K.
