Girls with experience will get $800 in a good shop but it's not normal for most of the country or shops. But $800 does not go far here. And not the sort of job most 18 to 22 year olds without experience get.

Should be enough, depends on how many hours, what the girls are doing and how good/busy the girl is.
Some harcore girls here will not turn up for less than $500 a scene. They're in demand and the sites and producers that want this level will pay them.
