Moving is such a Pain in the Ass

Moving really sucks. In the last 10 years we have moved 4 times and each time to a different state. Been in one place for 5 years now but we are looking to move again but this time to be closer to my son in college. I still have boxes and plastic containers down in the basement that still have not been unpacked yet.

Even the best planed move sucks.

Having paid movers helps some but it's still a pain in the ass.

Actually, that is one area I have to give props to my last ex-wife. She loved to move. She said it was like christmas, with all the wrapping and unwrapping. I should have known she was nuts.

She had things so we prepared that the last time we moved it took maybe 4 fours to load the truck and unpack it.

I fucking hate moving. I've moved across 2 countries 4 times, in and out of states.... ARGH I hate it.

there is no feeling greater though, driving across country, seeing the sun rise in the plains of the western desert as you drive into the coming sun. one of my most favorite parts of the US is the Saguaro Forest out in the desert. Tears me up

when you pack all your shit, and head to another state, technically you are homeless for a bit. Its not the best feeling, however the road does kick ass.

I went from Miami to SanDiego. To Rosarito Beach mexico and then to Cancun Mexico in 3 years.

No matter how preparedd you are for it to suck- it will still suck worse.

well we did use those pod things last time, it was much easier.

16 hour days in the car sucks so bad.
