The ABSOLUTLEY best member area design ? who has it and?

?why? What site(s) in your opinion have the best member area designs. What I mean by that is; balance of features, navigation, etc. We?re not talking about content. I?m talking about member areas that just make good common sense, where members are not overwhelmed with flashing banners, upsells, confusing layouts, etc. The sort of designs and features that make you say ? wow, that?s a cool site.

Bangbros have nice simple members areas - when you have great content that's all you need.

With out trying to blow my own horn, I personally think mine is up there.

I've looked a loads of site backends, and I've be amazed at how amateur some of them actually are.

Since I didn't have the initial funds to load a 1000+ gigs, I had to design something was clear and very simple to navigate.

If you want to have a poke around I dont mind setting you up an account for the day

I can second that, i had the chance to look around Shack's member's area last week and it is very well laid out.

There is no such thing as ?best? in area design as this is almost completely as subjective as content itself is. Some prefer simple looking designs where they have access to the content nearly instantly, others prefer intricate beautiful looking designs that are hard to navigate but give them a hard-on from the visual imagery alone.

I must say, if the interface is so cluttered that you can't find content between feeds and upsells then your statment is wrong. I've seen sites where you enter, look around for a few minutes trying to find the goods, and end up leaving never to come back again.

I would have to say Twistys, Lightspeed and Homegrown have some of the best member's areas... every member's area is goign to have different requirements though based on what's being offered etc. It's kind of relative

Keep it simple, easy to get around in and put nav links at the TOP and the BOTTOM of the page. A cancel on every page may also cut back on chargebacks.

But that is just what works for me.

I have seen some insane back ends that are just too damn hard to get around in.
