But if I were in your shoes, I'd take a lot of awesome pictures and videos ASAP before you'all get old building up any type of website. Go fucking nuts. Seriously. Take pictures / video of her shoving a carrot up your ass. Then pics/vids of her eating that carrot. Crazy shit like that (plus some nice, seductive shots to boot).

You're both young and will get old fast so build up a content library while you can and have fun. Then do that business shit when carrots are no longer a turn on.

You'll need a nice quality still camera as well as decent video camera. And if your not the greatest at design or editing you'll need startup cash because those things cost money. Like psili said, take TONS of pics, TONS of video. And that's barely even Step 1. I did this with my wife years ago and it was alot of fun. Get a good brandable domain and dont spend a fortune on hosting but be sure they allow adult. Hell there are 1000 different ways to go about it. Oh and grab an ICQ account, you'll get better advice 1 on 1 than you will on the board any day.

I started in this industry in 1999 like this.... at the time I had a poloroid and a scanner and then I bought a very cheap digital camera and moved on from there until I stopped doing it at all. You don't need anything but that to start, don't spend a ton of money on it until you are very sure this is what you want. At the time you get ready for her to hire herself out, you will be ready to make those big buys for fancy equipment. ;)

I'll tell you a few things in my experience that may or may not change her mind.
1) Not everyone is going to like her and when they don't they can be very very cruel, so make sure she has thick skin and can let this sort of thing roll off her back..... if it upsets her for someone to say anything negative, or you for that matter, then don't even start this up.

2) Make sure you BOTH are into this, if not, don't go into it at all. This means that you have to make sure YOU can handle her being looked at and guys jerking off to her and sending you pics of it and so on and so forth, horny guys can be pretty up front and abrasive sometimes. lol So make sure YOU can handle the attention, good and bad that she is going to get.

3) Sure have a nice site, but make sure her personality comes thru on it, that is what sells on these sites like this, don't make it so corporate to start until they get to know her and then they'll follow her to the ends of the earth, allow her to be "reachable" to the members.

4) COMMUNICATE, if she or you are uncomfortable with even one aspectof this, hit it head on and up front, don't let it go by without talking it out and voicing the concerns or it WILL cause you problems.

Once you have all of this out in the open, do it and see how it goes...... it may go very well or it may be that you aren't into it.

ABOVE ALL...... you are putting her pics on the internet, you cannot, and I DO mean, you CANNOT take this back and her parents as well as yours are bound to get wind of it, if this isn't something you want happening then do NOT put the first pic online, it may seem huge (the net), but it isn't at all....... so keep this as your very first decision you need to make.

One other thing, if you do allow anyone else in to take pics or anything like that, READ THE DAMN CONTRACTS! You give up copyrights to her pics and there isn't any getting that back easily... so MY best advice is to start small and in your own house with you in 100% control until you see how you want to work this.

Do you think it would be hard to get partner accounts and things like that to promote the site being that it would only be one site?

What kind of promotional support is possible in a community such as this without being able to pay out $50 per sign up etc?

This one I am not SO up on myself, I quit doing it before this was in play so strong. But I think AaronM can better help you with this part maybe, or someone else. But I do know on MY domain name registers, I always used my P.O. Box addy and the guys DO send her things.... sometimes not so good things....... so if you have kids, they shouldn't be checking the mail. lol

I had guys sending me some really wicked shit in my P.O. Box back when I was doing this. Everything from nighties, to THEIR boxers and lord only knows what. lol

BUT then I was always up front with them, I was very vocal and reachable to them, as I am with everyone. I strongly believe in communications.

Start with pics on this board... believe me everybody will be nice. But really, without pics this discussion means nothing.

That depends, but if you go there, you have to have enough content to fill it and keep it going if you are going to expect affiiates to put links up and promote it.

If it were me, I wouldn't even consider this yet, not to start. Make a site and turn it into an AVS site or something and then work it that way...... turning it into a paysite and asking affiiates to promote it in the first move isn't wise. What if in a week after it is launched, you decide or she does that you don't want this? People will have to remove links and THAT will piss them off....

Do it for awhile and then turn it into a paysite. Maybe have a free site and post her pics and promote other sponsors onit........ make galleries of her and send the traffic back to her site. You can add links to the avs site on the galleries or send it to a free site for traffic.
