it was only a shitty interview because of the lack of experience by the interviewers.

no offense to the 2 girls, but comeon, they arent professionals. theya re tits and ass for ratings so to speak.

if there was some expeience behind the wheel and they made the interview subject more comfortable and not all these uncomfortable silences it would help alot more.

Jim did pretty good with what he had to work with..

not bashing ynot or the 2 hoes at all... im just saying experience has a time and place

when i did mine, i thought it went awful because i was uncomfortable when you bang out questions 1 2 3 4 it feels scripted and so unnatural.

it takes a gifted person (interviewer) to make the subject relaxed

And no offense to them at all, but talking about Ramos for 45 minutes until I actually had to chew ass and say enough, was NOT what I really had expected.

I like both those girls but I DID get irritated about some things. It's all been dealt with and there was a very gracious apology made.
