Don't take it as a slight to your ego but forgive me if I remain unconvinced. Like I said before, if enough repubs want him to run they will find a way. The birth circumstances of existing candidates are already questionable enough that Arnold having a shot wouldn't be all that much more of a stretch (see posts already in this thread about this).
Keyword of course being if.
