Dislocated Knee, AGAIN! This sucks ass..

Last time it was my right one, this time it's my left one... This one was pretty bad compared to every other time I've dislocated my right knee... I've never had my left dislocate... FUCK this shit hurts today... I think I need to go get some good vicodine from the doctor..

I cannot hardly even move today it hurts so badly, I have twitches in the knee with pretty good swelling still around the knee cap...

I'm here for the violence!

Same thing happens to me.. I have terrible knees..
If there is swelling you may need to go get it drained at the dr.
You need to prop it up and put ice on it if you have not already..

good luck.. i know it is soooooo painful!!!!

take a shit load of glucosamine, keep it elevated and iced. consume massive amounts of vicodin for pain, and xanex for fun.

see a doc yo! you don't wanna be walking around vegas and your knee snap off.

I dislocated my left knee playing baseball so I know what your going through, and it fucking sucks.

Hopefully if you have any surgery done to fix it every thing will turn out good for you, as for me I never had my ACL fixed now every time it's going to rain my knee starts throbbing like crazy. The good thing is I no longer do any crazy sporty activities anymore

Just a tip from someone who has been in that boat. When it heals up, really work on strengthening the muscles in your legs, particularly around the knee. It really takes the strain off and you won't have that problem again. once you dislocate, you become more suseptible to doing it again. There are a bunch of sites online with good exercies. Best of luck, I know how you feel.

Actually it was pretty stupid, was wrestling around with a friend and when another friend got involved he jumped on us and my leg that was already in a weird spot trying to keep my leverage just popped... the knee just buckled out sideways....

It's pretty painful right now, I have it elevated on some pillows, and have some of my wifes vicodine that she had... The swelling is getting up there...
