Some of the interesting things that the mainstream media has refused to cover about Enron - the accountant that first blew the cover on the false accounting - they tried to silence him with legal threats - not working they offered him a plane to fly him to Wash DC to testify - the plane crashed on the way killing him

In 2001 key officials in Enron for some reason are also given positions in Bush's government in addition to their board positions - later that year when Clive Baxter was found dead (he was the second whistleblower against Enron) at least the cops didnt close the case as soon as the government ruled it a suicide - the later found that the type of bullets used were special type used by pro hitters (no striations-sp?)

A quick check of the congressional committee that investigated Enron and found no real wrong-doing - seemed most of them received very nice contributions from Enron before-hand.

And most recently - although very few people have even noticed this - a man that knew quite a lot about the whole moving of US citizens tax and investment dollars in the US to offshore banks (through the EX-IM bank) while he was the (hand picked by Cheney) president of the EX-IM - was just found dead in the Chesapeake Bay - ruled a suicide because of the shotgun blast to the head and the anchor tied to his feet weighing him down in the bay where he was found - oh yeah - he was also the publishing magnate Phillip Merrill who was getting ready to expose that US special forces had found WMD in Iraq two years ago - but it was covered up because the labels on it were all from Bush Srs company (like we didnt already know that)
