This turned out the be another allnighter.

It's 5:33 AM and I am still up, same thing for the past 4 days or so. I feel I have to change my biological clock, anyone got any tips on how to do it?

On another note, I feel I focus and get alot more work done at night. Is this something you guys experience as well?

When I have a nocturnal sleep schedule I sleep for six hours and wake up feeling like a champ. I'm more focused and energetic as well. When I have a regular sleep schedule, I need 8 to 9 hours and I always feel like I'm at full capacity.

I've found that the best way to switch back to a normal sleep schedule is go without sleep until I'm dead tired at around 9 or 10 pm. Eat lightly during the day and eat a big meal before you sleep. That should do the trick.

I've learned to not sleep. I just do coke. My adrenals are as depleted as the US.

..note to FBI: I'm lying, I assure you. I can't afford coke - thanks for the deficit!

Same here. I've been living at evening night only these days. Going to bed at around 11 am.

Thanks for the tip, I just have a hard time staying awake. I go into some kind of zombie mode and end up in bed when I try to stay up.
