I've tried something like that in the past. It only works if you have a TON of people signup and distribute their links. Good luck though. =)

I clicked the links shown there.. most of the pages I went to don't have a link to the mvlinks.html page..

Nor is there a list of participating sites...

you won't find any list of participating sites either.. the idea behind all this is to build the amount of backlinks to your site therefore increasing your rank in the search engines thereby getting your more SE traffic.. not all of them name their page mvlinks.html ..some name it promo or another name..
