In fact U.S. & Russian are on 24 hr. Emergency Mode.

fingers Bushfraud and the N.S.A. for recruiting AT&T to run an
espionage dragnet against the American people as early as March 2001

Turkish Counsel in which Henry Kissinger discussed a program which
would allow Bush Executive Rule over U.S. by decree.
