You could actually send the webmaster a C&D (Cease and Desist) order to remove your copyrighted work or else you can threaten him with a lawsuit. I think on www dot copyscape dot com they can also help you with this. Hope that helps.

its possible the person used an outsourceing agency I had something simular happen awhile back when I used to employ overseas employees you show some samples of what your looking for they think hey if this is what he wants lets give it to him and copies the entire freaking website then I have to goto them and say what are you crazy knock that shit off.. I wanted it same/simular style/colors etc not exact your tweeker. anyway after fighting with them they finally understood what the hell I wanted but it was like pulling hen's teeth that is for sure.

I have to spend my time taking down the galleries I made for her because I don't feel right pushing this program any longer. I know it hurts when you lose time like that. I've lost countless hours spent trying to figure out why people were e-mailing me adamantly claiming they were affiliates but I could not locate any of their info in our database. I was starting to wonder if there was some sort of problem with our affiliate sign-up page and devoted not only my time but the time of others testing scripts and going over server logs to ensure there was not a problem on our end.

You'll be better off in the long run if you drop them now and have no more time invested with people like this. They obviously have no business ethics and are only in it for the quick buck. It's just a matter of time before their affiliates suffer loses as a result of the programs complete lack of integrity. I?m sure any program that would be bold enough to steal another programs design would also have no reservations about ripping off their affiliates.

We actually made a couple thousand dollars from the "theft" of our pages.
