Yup, I need it but it is the address people like my mom use and as much as I love her I don't trust her to figure out how to reply to the automatic email it sends out. Sad considering she has a phd but not in internet usage.

i get tons of those fucking emails every day. they seem to die out after 4-5 days and surface again after 7 days. can somebody help me with what to do????
