No offense but thats hardly a prediction. A real prediction is like " at 4:30 a.m. on jul 3 2009 a bird will crash into the white house as they are giving a press conference"
it's 100% certain that we will have high's and lows in the financial market and 100% certainty that at some point in the future we will have another low point and world banks will reap the rewards.
so now let it be known that i can also predict things. In the future as smokey has predicted we will have a stock crash/financial crisis and world banks will make big bucks
