I am very involved with my members and the operation of my site. I do everything from the design of my site, editing and uploading the content, 2 to 3 cam shows a week, chat on my message board twice daily, daily journal entries, answer all private messages and e-mail correspondence usually with in a couple of hours.

I also have live voyeur cams set up around my house and meet my members at parties a couple of times a year. So as you can see I am very involved with my members and my retention rate proves that it is working. ;)
