Little doubts China has no interest whatsoever in any "wars". It may not be for the reasons you gave - there are other more relevant issues. China has many trading partners - literally almost the whole planet. North Korea also has no interest in wars - why should they? This seems to be the territory more of the current US Admin when the first threat went out about an "Axis of Evil".
Since then, the countries specified in that "Axis of Evil" have acted in their best interests to match up to this declared concept of "pre-emptive strikes".
Basically it's a small part of a massive fuckup which started a few years ago. Not once, in the last few years, have I ever seen any quote crouched in conciliatory terms or with an aim to cooling any situation. It has been the reverse, irrespective of subject matter and containing dialog of "threats", "war", "sanctions", "boycotts", "pre-emptive strikes" etc.
When the Admin gets stuck for words and realises it's style of "diplomacy" is not working - the dialog then cools to "it's not helpful" and "it's unacceptable".
There is some time to go yet, but unless the Admin get their fingers out of their asses and quit playing diversion games with other countries, including their "selected enemies" in the "Axis of Evil", - there are serious economic problems arising, international trade deals running out of time for ratification and daily mounting debts which are not sustainable. The effects of negligence in these areas will be more of a concern than any prospect of missile launches.XXX TLD's - Another mosquito to swat.Comment
