    Urgent Alpha Red info

    Just want to give webmasters fair warning out there if you didn't believe so already.

    I have a small box there and I'm almost done moving my stuff!!

    I can't give a statement with time frames on providers shutting
    down. I will however recommend you back everything up and start
    moving to a new host asap. This is an unfortunate situation but
    I am doing everything in my power to fix as much as I can!
    I am not an alphared executive. I do not want to see peoples'
    business die. Move your hosting ASAP!

                                              Without all the talk here on GFY the adult community wouldn't know how much trouble they're in....Are there mainstream boards with the same kind of AlphaRed talk going on??

                                                              Yes they did but you would be surprised how many are still on there and hearing this for the first time! We have gotten many requests to transfer sites and they are still coming in so the more the word gets out on this the better.

                                                              Regardless of where the webmasters end up hosting I hope they get their sites off before AR is completely dark.

                                                                                  I also had 2 "Media" servers at AR doing about 160 megs. I moved them over to my main host TechieMedia. Techie had me moved and fully running in 2 days, (would have been faster if AR wasn't so slow). Truth be told I am seeing a 20% ish increase in sales so far. I think all the downtimes and just overall slowness of a garbage host using low grade bw really makes a difference. I'm thinking I should have done this years ago.

                                                                                      (long waiting on ticket answers or hardware changes, constant hdd failiures....)
                                                                                      The only thing good was the price of bandwidth... but at the end you get what you have paid for...
