I thought fasting was for a month or some shit? Hell in this case I guess you could say I accidentally fast once or twice a month, sometimes I have such a bad hangover I can't eat shit and I'll just sleep all damn day. I used to worry about making sure I had 3 meals a day and all that bit eating minimal is healthy anyways so fuck it.

Muslims fast for a month during Ramadan, Jews do it for a day i think and Christians....well who fucking cares

you can eat at night during ramadan .. as for Rosh Hashana, you can't eat nor drink ..even water .. nothing enters your body .. you must get no satisfaction, its a day of repenting .. Judgement day .

in the Jewish religion there are 9 fasting holidays.
