    Let others know if you have a fuckwad employee...I've never seen a business where people can leave large well known companies in such a small industry and nobody says SHIT when an employee fucks up and lets them create their own spin on things...When this happens, others may hire him cause he's a "cool bro" and that in turn costs the other company money...Do y'all care so little about others where nothing is said...And why in the HELL don't other companies check references before they hire people? I'm glad that I'm a one man show cause I see that I can't depend on anybody to be on the level with me when it comes down to it...I could end up hiring a moron while the company that he just fucked up at will say "congrats on your new gig BRO".

    No way in hell should Jim the fucking fiend be the one dropping knowledge on GFY...Hell has officially frozen over.

                      Guess you've never had employees or had to fire them? At least not in the states. How you handle the whole situation could affect your business. Litigation avoidance, risk management etc.... Plus it seems only human to give an individual a chance to make a living. A few words from a large organization could easily ruin many future job opportunities.

                      Word gets around typically if bad behavior is chronic. In the case you seem to be referring to, Jim has taken care of the task of getting the word out. So he's really doing what you're asking the former employers to do. And a fucking damn good job at it too. We're getting all the juicy inside details besides. And for this "service" Jim provides, you call him names.
