First off just want to say hi to everybody, and introduce myself, im Chris, 26 year old civil designer from california.
So heres my story so far, I moved to a new company for alot more money, placed in a new tax bracket and im bringing in 40+ dollars an hour now and im single, So i figure i would give a business a try, so good ole Uncle Sammy doesn't take away all my cash. So i'm not too afraid of looseing money at this point, its better to try to start something than let them take it all away from me anyways.
I started looking around the net for something, after going through alot of trash i run into sites that look really promising i follow their links to see what they are promoteing. I run into this program called "wegcash" I do a little research and they seem legit, i signed up for their program, i signed up to google adwords, Sure i expected to not make any money my first try because thats the way it goes. Placed up a site with all the same gimicks as the rest of the free porn sites, and i turn it loose. I come back 546.00 and 2400 clicks later, and i have one sign up on my weg cash stats.... That seems extremely strange to me, i could see looseing 100, maybe 200 but looseing 520.00, which i will right off as a loss ofcourse. So i figured, why on earth would it not be filled with signups, after all they are pushing FREE sites ? Im sure theres a gimmick to it somewhere they use to rape the person later to make the cash back. But that conversion ratio for a free site i would think is insane. So i go over to my girlfriends house ask her to signup through my site so i can see whats going down with this, she has a master card that is definitely valid. But yet it declines her, and the site moves here to a new site to signup to for 1.00 instead of free. So i figure okay, i should get credit for that aswell.. Wrong, she signs up, everything works fine this time, it accepts the card. But no credit for the signup. So now im thinking i've been scammed here or something. either way its been a terrible experience so far, and i would love suggestions and maybe a list of legit site programs that would convert better than 1 in 2400. Maybe a good long term investment site, i've noticed some profit shareing sites out there, that show 60/40 type.
Any suggestions would be helpful, thanks.
