iceland just opened up a bank and a payment system in Holland about 6 months ago with HUGE media exposure...saying they pay DOUBLE intrest the any other European bank..guess how many people bought it:

All 75.000 Dutch clients just lost ALL their savings and E-commerce sites just lost ALL their turnover and have no payment methods yet.
