Those came to mind right away for cms. Most of them have quite a bit on the back end. Do a search on GFY for cms. I know there's a few that are less intensive that may do what you need

They all look to be for paysites looking for an entertainment style site cms.

Joolma sucks from what ive heard its always got security holes.
