OK.. Should not be saying this shit here, but basically proves the value.
Here's a mix of milf and wife - the higher the KEI, the better for traffic potential.

Here's the thing, milflovers is a better name than a lot of sponsor sites in the milf niche. Yet he's been selling this name for MONTHS if not longer and has no takers. Back in March he was taking $25K. Don't tell me sponsors don't have $25K. They must know what the name is worth and I feel it's nowhere near $25K
OK.. now you mention it Gator
We got loads of stuff already yet undeveloped (who hasn't?), but if there was time to work on that niche, there is a good chance I'd be willing to pay $25K for milflovers.com.
Again.. content prospects - that needs worked on, - there is too much fake "milf" content around and, OK, only me, - but I smell "real milf" content is much better for this niche and would have much more appeal.
if milflovers is so great that it's worth 30k i think a smart sponsor would spend 20k on the hottest exclusive content and stars and $8 on a domain and make more money than spending 30k on a domain name.
Thats not really the way to look at it. Sure that helps.
But if you figure the number of searches of MILF, and the number of Lovers, plus the number of the words combines, you can bet your ass that the type in will be a lot higher than 64.

I would say more like the 1k a day.
Im sure, he would have told, if it gets 1k type-ins.

Hahahahaha. That's why so many adult companies don't make what they could make. They blow their money on content, but they fail to appreciate the importance of good marketing and branding.
I will always say this www.google.com is a crap name. The content made it what it is. If I was to offer www.google.com here now and the google explosion had not happened then people would laugh at me.

Yup it's the domain name not the content that retains members lol

Google is not a crap name!! It's one word, and very playful. It has spawned "googling" and "googled" and many other uses in our lexicon.
You couldn't do the same thing with your typical 3 or 4 word porn domain.
That search engine company is a perfect example of brilliant content coupled with a brilliant name.
The name isn't vital to sales. Look at ATK or Karups.
You tried to unload CaliforniaCoeds for 50k and got 5k, so we can assume you'll take 3k for this domain?
Make bank by giving your surfers free pics every day and it costs you NOTHING! Use POTD Sponsors to find adult sponsors in more than 75 niches who offer a POTD feature!
The question is: how much money is Karups leaving on the table due to inferior branding?
I'd bet: $$$$$$$ !
a domain name is valuable only in the right hands.
<alsscan.com> is not brandable, but highly profitable proving big profit can be had with ANY domain if the content is something surfers want.
and the converse of that is also true. a great domain name without great content won't do much.
"MILF" is a slang colloquialism which has time dated (and potentially limited) usage. outside of the microcosm of english speaking wankers it has limited use in the vernacular, and is not used in everyday sidewalk speech ever. this limits to long-term upside of the domain name.

ALSSCAN is another KARUPS. Great content, very profitable business --but with a limited upside due to poor branding. They are leaving lots of money on the table.
True, a good domain is maximized in the right hands, married to the right content.
Slang or not, MILF gets 1,400,000 in Overture --and, is the #1 niche.

And, I would add, that this is the very purpose of this thread.. to find the "right hands," an established paysite operator with great MILF content who also wants a killer brand to potentiate the paysite's marketability.

IMO the domain is worth 1-3K today.
You're correct that MILF "is not used in everyday sidewalk speech", BUT I hear it referred to a LOT in my travels. That's one of the many reasons why 200+ of my 2,600 registered domains begin with "milf" (plus I have a lot with "Milf" as the second word--e.g., www.homilf.com, www.officemilf.com , www.neighborhoodmilf.com etc).
