I've seen your work - it's truly what I would call 'Beautiful' - it takes erotica & nudity to another level. If 'Your' work is not in demand it could be a multitude of things but for discussion purposes, 1) it's not what people are looking for 2) your price is too high

I personally find your work more stimulating than most porn around and this, from someone who's been looking at all types of porn since 7 years. The quality is magazine quality - Playboy, Hustler and as for sites, Twisty's would be your best bet - I relate that type of high quality porn to those three brands.

If it's memberships you're trying to sell, you need to get your name out more - make trades with bigger companies, get the right affiliates, find a viral way to get your brand/name out.

If it's also content you are selling, then perhaps your prices are a high from a buyer's point of view. Do you sell yourself short? No, but you can lower your price or find a way to lower your costs so you can get long term contracts & keeping you working all the time. (volume work over higher pay - less money but overall more work - getting your name out to the point where you'll be expected to raise your prices)

You can easily pirate movies, but you can't pirate communities. I think the industry needs to move towards the 'Web 2.0' phenomenon of user interactivity. Give your users an active part in the making of videos, allow them to interact with the models and other members. You're going to see longer retention when a member feels heavliy involved in the community.

I think what Naughty America is doing with their game is very smart. The success of Second Life shows you that there is a market for adult MMOs (hell, it has it's own economy!).

Correct to a point. I think you are seeing some of the lower end people in porn essentially phasing themselves out of a profession in the next 2-5 years. i'd say within 5 years, most of the low lying fruit should be completely gone, as will a good percentage of the small fries.
