The way I see it is that Obama's team have managed to beat the Republicans at thier own game. I have always believed this is exactly what the Democratic party has lacked. Democrats have lacked teeth, bowing down and being pussy's over the crazy accusations sprung on them by the likes of Rove and other political adversaries.

It's really high time that the Democratic party put on some gloves, to bad they waited till 2008 to grow a pair but late is better than never.
