If you believe that you are stupid. So everyhting happened in teh alst 2 years. The GOP controlling the white house for the last 7 1/2 years had nothing to do with it? The GOP controlling congress from 1995-2007 had nothing to do with it? This is what you believe? The Dems in the last 2 years suddenly changed the laws in the last 1 1/2 years to make this happened? Oh by the way, if they did actually do that, any new laws would have to be signed into law by BUSH.
