Nice analogy, funny how the nicer the restaurant is the less of a chance that they show pictures of food or have plastic versions of dessert items. They use descriptive text to lure you into buying. So instead of showing you what you are getting they use quality text to tease and tantalize your brain and taste buds. If you needed to know EXACTLY what you were getting before you buy you would demand samples first.
