Nop, a tsunami is a huge wave, while a hurricane is a huge storm... (that can probably cause huge waves...) but still, in the pic, what you see is a storm, with dark clouds, not a wave!

That's not a picture of Hurricane Isabelle or any hurricane for that matter... It's a picture of wall clouds, quite an impressive one as well. I've only seen a dozen or so pictures like that. My dad was a meteorologist when he was in the military so I got grilled daily on this kind of shit when I was a kid lol
