I just can't relate to your philosphy. There was no unfriendliness intended at all. I can say that I agree that there are worthy and unworthy patent holders. Nothing is perfect. With regards to content though I just do not see how you could encourage anarchy.

You guys would make a lot more if you would set up a BYOT type program for this Paris video. Some people don't promote the video through you because in their opinion you don't have the best tours for them. Different people like different styles of tours. Let people use any Paris tour they want, and host it for them. You'd make way more. Unless it's too late and the video is already played out. In that case keep this in mind the next time around. Trust me it will work even better to have this option.

2HP and Evan - you guys are on same page. Evan is dealing with the here and now, and 2HP is imagining what new system will be in place in the future since technology is quickly making the old rules moot.

Of course this will end up falling on our politicians to handle, and then to the attorneys so I am not to bullish on it happening anytime soon, or that it will be an efficient, fair system.

Make big money on your Domains! Why wait 40 days to get paid with the other guys? Parked.com pays the most for your traffic, and cuts checks twice a month!
