                                                                          he hasn't gotten life yet. I would bet 99% of people found guilty of crimes that can carry a life term DON'T get life terms, and i don't see this being any different.

                                                                          as far as him getting his shit back, it would be like you going to a pawnshop with a gun because some thief pawned your shit, you would be arrested and likely charged with the same crimes. If he is getting picked on we will know when the punsihment is actually handed down

                                                                              technically he has LIFE>. kidnapping MINIMUM 15yrs,, even if judge gives him MININUM on everything he is looking at 20+ yrs MINIMUM

                                                                              So yeah, he is 61 yrs, add 20 = 81... = life
