I have never taken Paxil (I take Effexor) but one of my best friends takes Paxil and we have both had similar problems. In the beginning there was a brief period of almost zero sex drive (and therefor problems getting aroused). When that went away, it was followed by an extended period (couple of months) of not being able (or taking forever) to get off. In other words, you could go for hours and hours with no climax. Kinda sucked but most of the ladies seemed to enjoy it
