Why isn't this a question at the debate? What does Biden have to do with implantable RFID chips? It must be important enough if he is guaranteeing that Justice Roberts will have to rule on it during his tenure. Why don't they ask Biden, "So Joe, who exactly is discussing these nefarious plots with you, since you know that there are actual discussions going on about it?"
