survived my 1st week!!
well folks, it's now midnight here, just got home from my new office job not too long ago, but at noon earlier today was my 1 week anniversary of being TOTALLY SMOKE FREE!! I didn't cheat at all, not even one puff, just quit cold turkey and I feel so proud of myself!! My energy levels are through the roof, my bank account balance is increasing everyday and I'm lovin' it!!

Congrats Blazi. It's a great feeling to quite smoking since so many people find it impossible to do. I'v been smoke free for 7 years now. I used to smoke 40 cigs a day for 10 days. That was $6 a day habbit. So over the last 7 years I have saved myself $15,330 .. wow. when you look at it like that it's a lot of useless smoke.
My tips are:
- Don't hang around people that smoke for a while. Once you have control then do whatever you like.
- Grab some tick tacs. Here
- Keep going, don't go back to them. Think about how much more money you will have and better breath you will have.---Comment
