                                                Agreed, you can make anyone look good with photoshop and a good photographer, but is that the goal? The very best thing is to have a girl that the camera just loves...that is half the battle.

                                                This girl is good looking...I do think though because of the Frankenboobie thing going on, she is going to be really hard to shoot without looking "all contorted" like Mandy Blake pointed out.

                                                One breast is about a D cup, saggy with a large nipple. The other breast is about a B cup, perky and with a much smaller nipple. That alone in my opinion would prevent me from making a single girl site out of her.
