Backend is fucking AWESOME... but twice in the last two weeks I have sent emails to them through the system asking why I am being charged 10.5% when I signed up for the 7.9% special and have not even gotten a fucking reply.

Hmm did yu mail sales@ I got replies from a Jesper guy within minutes... But being charged 10.5 in stead of 7,9 sucks.

As far as ccbill or zombaio. Noone can compete with ccbill(okay your own merchant account with vxsbill) But no other 3rd party. However, I think it's great to add zombaio into the mix, and see how it does.

They pay daily(after a 2 week hold period) so in the worst case you will lose 2 weeks of joins. HOWEVER, what still scares me, is that you will lose your rebilling members...It sucks that you can not move them to another biller.

what kind of paperwork do they require? I kinda hate to give my SS number, drivers licence and passport to someone I don't know.
