                                                        BH used to have... probably still does, a very nice "office block" in Flensburg. At that time it was kinda unusual to have leather upholstery in the staff canteen :-) They were equipped to cover almost all aspects of the sex biz - manufactuing chemists, porn photographers etc.

                                                        The "hardware" (vibs) used to be made by a Japanese guy and shipped in - and he's still alive and kicking, but a little older. Eventually his type product got ripped by folks like Doc Johnson, but he earned many millions before that stage.

                                                        When you think of it - prob most of the sex biz we know today originated in Germany, Holland and Sweden.

                                                        PS First time I ever saw a "sex toy" - basically a lump of rubber (it was a clitoral stimulator) which cost 10 cents plus same value for packaging.... and wondered why the hell anyone would want to pay $4.99 for it. Percieved value and a promise of pleaure is everything!

                                                            Dave has been vocal and active on a ton of issues related to the online industy even though he came from the video age. Props to a guy of his age coming to bat for such a young industry as ours. IMHO he has a better feel for the issues that effect us better than 95% of the "webmasters" here.
