You should check out
Who Paid Me?, the largest database of check names and ePassporte info. It's usually quite helpful.
Unfortunately for Tribeca Services we only have Shocking Cash and Fucking Cash listed. As mentioned, they are a check issuing company, so it could be just about anyone.
