that could be argued to the end of the earth, and I wont do it here. It just depends on the person.
Saw a lady jump 16 stories and land more or less face down. She still had her purse in her hands with a note inside. Note had her correct address because her DL did not. Said to call her parents etc..
The police were not called until after she jumped.
