    Theaters Suck! Home Theaters Rule!

    Now I know why it's been over a year since I went to the movies at a commercial theater.

    IT SUCKS!

    I heard so much about how great the special effects were in the new Superman movie, and they were awesome, but the whole experience is one I could do without.

    Fifteen minutes to find a parking space, thirty minutes in line, high priced tickets and snacks, crappy seats, igloo would have been warmer, too many "Commercials" and then LOUD as HELL!

    Yea. Going to the movies is a Great Time.....NOT!!!

    I'll stick with the confines of my nice Home Theatre and just have to wait for the latest and greatest new features.

      Yup, I hate movie theatres. I just got my 50" DLP HD in not long ago, love that damn thing!

              Yeah, I'm not a big fan of movie theatres anymore either. My home system rocks, and I'd rather watch a good movie here.

                  I dont mind them - I have a great theatre system at home but something about popcorn - free refills not too mention some hotties walking around always makes the trip fun

                      I often wait to see the good movies on my home theatre. Movie theatre suck ass - always somebody in front of you or their cell phone goes off and they proceed to talk for 5 minutes, the chairs suck and the sound is never loud enough.

                      My 105" screen (Panasonic projector), SVS Subwoofer, Axiom Audio speakers and reclining home theatre chairs beats the movie theatre everytime. And when HD DVD or Blu Ray become more common place and affordable for the masses, the movie theatres are really in trouble!
