i dont see what the problem is with burning the flag... as a former Marine i was willing to die for that flag.... but, I still gotta say, what gives us the right to restrict American's rights? That almost seems something communist... Why don't we arrest reporters who say bad things about the government? It's all barking up the same tree, right? It's not even arguable. That's fact.
