Google it to find companies of which too many are probably scammers or take a lot of money for some simple advice.

Because of that patriot act it seems to be harder these days to open an account.. well I did find goopen.net and I haven't heard any negative reviews of them so it might just be reliable enough to invest that $20 into that info. ^^
