    What is going on with orange fiber?

    My friend wanna contact the person that sold him the server. Why don't you respond? They took over 700$ and server is down every few minutes and when it runs... databases crash, sites and scripts works badly, all works badly... and the guy that sold him that server doesn't respond ...from one month!! So, I'm looking forward to hearing from you. Please contact my friend or post here how he can contact you!

                                                                      We replaced his SATA hard drives with SCSI hard drives, as HE requested, as you said, he has his own admin, all we did we replace the HDD's.

                                                                      He is handling this with our support department, we don't deal with 3rd party people attempting to cause drama. Our support department is always available, and always has been.

                                                                              Also, just like to mention that is NOT our fault that your friend is overloading his server, he has already been told all this, but is trying to blame it on us.

                                                                              A server can only take so much load, once you reach that limit you need to upgrade or get a second server, there are no magical fixes.

                                                                                                                                                              Sadly their network they are on wont really go down unless its their own fault/fukup on their switch. I know their upstream and they have alot of capacity 28gbps worth. How do i know? I have a gigE with PTP myself and use them on part of my network as well as a gigE with cogent and a gigE with BTN.

                                                                                                                                                              And yes karama is a bitch.

                                                                                                                                                              Also i doubt a company could beat orange fibers pricing on cogent bandwidth. seriously what type of pricing do you think a ISP gets from cogent when they have 30gbps worth?
