    Webair where the fuck are you ?

    I just arrived in Paris. I can't logon to my server to updates my sites !



    I use to log in from Montreal.

    Webair's 'online help' is non existent and I Need to connect now !
    What the fuck is going on ?

    Did anybody ever experienced the same problem ?
    Any idea what is going on ?

                                          I just spoke with TS and they are there .. a simple process of hitting the live tech support button .. never had a single problem .. I may have had to wait 5 mins tops on christmas but thats it
