How come all the professionals are not jumping all over this. If this was an ok deal at best you would see interest. This name isnt worth $500 a month. Give me a break, you are just making shit up. You just give people the run around not telling anyone how much you want or show current revenue. You claim it is making $800 a month.. well show me the last 6 months revenue. A lease is only going to help the future growth of your name. Do you know how much traffic can be bought for $1000 a month.
