Well I think for the independant viewer the quality was not very high. However, it was not boring at all! So far most games were boring...I think this was one of the exceptions

From my point of view Boulharouz should indeed have gotten the red card. The rest wasn't soccer. It is a shame how both teams played.

It was pretty apalling, really. Four red cards? Sixteen yellow cards? Fights? Violence? It's not football as it should be. Good thing for England in the next round though... Portugal down 2 good players.

Ref was a wanker. 25 'official' fouls (according to FIFA stats) and 20 cards wtf?

Gripping game though and England must be pissing themselves laughing as Portugal lose two players (maybe three) for the Q/F.

You people from Portugal simply don't seem to grasp the concept of people wanting to see a good game, whether their team wins or loses.

The only side the referee was on was the crazy side, and nobody is saying the Dutch played well or fair. Neither did Portugal, though.
