My wheels are on sidewalks, my hands are on those wheels. I fucking HATE both pet owners who can not clean up their animals droppings, nor can I stand those who have kids or they themselves drop candy, gum, etc on it either.

I should be legally allowed to stun gun any offenders so that they flop around on the same sidewalk.

It is not a trivial problem. A trivial problem would be that law that was overturned about wearing your pants to baggy. This is shit on the sidewalk that people can step in, slip on, or otherwise end up wearing. Plus it stinks and it can carry other crap that can infect others.

I always pick up after my dog. The fuckers that think they are above cleaning up after their dog should have their face rubbed in it. That is probably a bit over the top so fines seems like the next best thing.

My dog refuses to shit on sidewalks..he is pretty picky and likes to go where no one can see him....bushes.

Never taken my dog to dog parks, what a way to pick up diseases. I stick to good ol mountain trails.

Im lucky my snake cant escape and shit where it wants.. it shits bigger piles than my big ass dog
