    Lease Granny.com From us

    Hello.
    We are looking to lease our domain name Granny.com to one of the adult site providers who work in this niche. The domain consitently gets 390-420 uniques a day by way of type in traffic, willing to work out short and long term lease arrangments, contact us via whois for details.

    Thought I would post this message here, as I have heard of a few friends who have made some nice leasing arrangments with various adult companies.

          Because no one wants to buy the name for its obvious value. besides, why give up the continual revenue the name makes for the next 20-30 years over a short term return? thats all i would like to say, as I would rather avoid a debate on the value of the name. based on 100 different revenue models people have these days

                                      First, we are not offering the name for sale here!, I'll repeat this agian for some of you who are too dense to understand this, this domain is NOT BEING FOR SALE HERE!

                                      this domain is only being offered to be leased out, for short term or on a long term basis.

                                      Secondly save your fucking domain valuation models for some stupid fuck who will listen to your bullshit. Don't fucking email me telling me you would only pay 2-5k for the domain. of course this is all your willing to pay because you are cheap fucks looking for a ROI of 2-3 months on there investment, when there are hundreds of people out there willing to pay me 10-12 years revenue for this domain. Serious Inquires Only! if I do not reply to any of your emails, it means you are a waste of my time and effort of senseless valuation debate.

                                                              If I wanted to publicly tell people what I wanted price wise, I would have posted it in the first place. but doing so, also puts me in the line of fire for a lot of critics who know nothing about the value of generic domains with type in traffic. which would result in 100 threads or more of senseless debate to those who dont "get it" in addition, if i do make a deal with a company, they like to keep things confidential, hence the reason I request private email, as i expect that to remain private, as do most people.

                                                              But I am sure now many people will aviod certian discussions with you, as anything said to you cannot be considered private. its your reputation, not mine. once agian, I politely ask you stay off my thread, as you have nothing useful to say or contribute to it.

It wouldn't make a lot of sense for him to lease it for less than he's already earning with it, and it wouldn't make sense for any one else to lease it short-term.

But there are a lot of dawgs on GFY. Some good, some bad, but all hustlers just trying to make a buck just like you.

                                                                                                                          There is always a lot of criticism towards people who are not upfront immediately with post giving all the details of any deal offered so that the user doesn't have to guess and wonder WTF.

                                                                                                                          The domain to the right person, would definitely be worth at least $1000 per month, but for future references come stronger with your game by posting more details about what you want exactly and ALWAYS post contact information in the thread and you will get less criticism. No one is going to take the time to do a domain name look up to try and chase you down, we are ALL very busy with our own endeavors here and no matter how great an offer sounds, there simply isn't enough time in the day for all that.

                                                                                                                          No matter how "private" you would like to keep emails, messages or negotiations related to the thread, you have to keep in mind that once you post it, especially on GFY, it becomes public domain and people like to know details, that's only common sense as any thread is open to ANYONE and criticism is simply part of what makes this whole thing work.                                                                                                                               Thanks Brujah! glad you are able to understand this, most the people here don't understand the value of a generic, targeted and easily brandable domain with 400 uniques a day pumping out cash 365 days a year. that only required 5 mins of my time to set up, nor do they understand ROI on domains either. I just like to park names and earn PPC or affiliate revenue by redirecting traffic, and you know as well as I do, there are hundreds of us out there making hundreds of 1000's $$$ and millions a year in this industry, I just chose not to create work by developing out sites, giving me more free time to travel, spend time with freinds and family, and doing the things I love.

                                                                                                                              and for the record to you naysayers, (and to you Idiots) a 5 year deal is being hammered out as we speak to a major company, they understand the value of this name. and are sure to make a lot of money.

                                                                                                                                                                                              BTW Vaughn.com is a nice domain but I am not interested in it, and think your asking price is fair. but yet, you don't see me and other's shitting all over your thread critiquing your asking price, or how you come to think your domain is with $xx.xxx based on your valuation. it doesn't interest me, so I leave it alone, and elect not to post in your thread causing you any grief. nor do I throw a tantrum because you won't sell it to me for less than your asking price. get over it, and move on with life, there is many deals to be made out there, and if this deal doesn't interest you, move on. and let us professionals do what we do best.
