          Sounds like a plan chief.

          Hopefully things will settle down here in the next couple of days once I have a bathroom again, drywall put up, paint, new water heater, and can get a new bed in here after carpet's are cleaned.

          Right now..... still a fucking disaster zone. Only room clear is my office.

                      It could have been worse. A lot worse.
