A message to the Losers at GFY
I want to make a few things perfectly clear.
I started the thread because I wanted a logo done quickly. In hindsight I perhaps should have asked for a logo to be made rather than starting a comp.
The fact is that after several hours no-one had added to the thread, instead I was contacted directly via email with a design that I thought looked good. Without waiting for furthur entries I told the person who emailed me that I loved his design and I wanted to buy it.
After I had agreed to buy the design that came in by email several more entries came in on GFY. I too loved the design by silentknight and sexus but I couldn't very well buy them as well could I? Therefore I announced the compo over.
I could not provide the name of the winner as it was private and came in by email.. For the record it was someone from the Philipines.
The transaction took place ages ago, not by epass but by xoom. The winner got his monies and I got my design. Sorry to everyone else who wasted their time but this was never a case of fraud. It is amazing how people jump to a conclusion without waiting for the truth.
Zester - It's not cool to post personal info on a board such as this. You should be the one who is banned.

Unlike most of you people I don't live on this board and since I was accused of theft and fraud I have been returning even less frequently. I only returned today to read what bullshit response I had recieved.
I used to love GFY and like most became somewhat addicted to the dumbass threads... however my stupid contest has enabled me to move away from this board and find better, more appealing places to do business.
Before I go I apologise once again to anyone who feels they wasted their time. I never meant any harm and was obviously very quick jumping the gun. I loved all the designs and should have closed the thread much sooner. I also didn't realise I needed special permission... I just wanted a fuckin header..
For the record I would still like to buy a couple of the designs but I guess that it's out of order to ask now..Comment
